RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product for any reason please inform us within 7 days from the date your order is received. Please return the item(s) unused and in its original condition to:

We shall be happy to send a replacement or refund your money (excluding delivery costs).
Please note if the item(s) arrive back to us with signs of wear and tear from use and not in a saleable condition, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
TO RETURN GOODS
To return goods, enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

If you return an item due to the wrong size being ordered and want another size sent, we reserve the right to charge for postage of the replacement
